Country Style Pork Ribs
with Italian Dressing Marinated Mushrooms
Here is a pictoral account of a grilling moment. The kid was in bed, the wife went out,
so this was the perfect time to throw something on the barbie that only I like to eat! Country
Style pork ribs may be considered a bit "fatty" by some, but I see that as meaning "tasty".

The skewered mushrooms start it all out.

The pork ribs were rubbed with a McCormick Pork Rub spice mixture.

I fashioned a little raft out of foil for the mushrooms to get off the heat.

First turn, done a little too early I think.
~~~~

Second turn was done just right.
~~~~

Time to save the mushrooms from all this heat, in the raft they go!

Both sides were done, time for the sauce!

Cooked to a turn!

Thermometer proves it!

Put into the pan, note the raft turned into a "canoe" for the mushrooms.

Now that's what I'm talkin' about!

Wife comes home in time to see me enjoy the fruits of my labor.
