My Tanks

Well, here are my tanks. This is just a summary page, hopefully I will have individual pages for each tank later on. These tanks are always a work in progress, so any pictures will have dates, of course. Also, most changes will be kept in my Fishkeeping Log when necessary.

Planted 29 Gallon Tank

(Taken 11/29/2003)

This holds the all-important 4 Zebra Otocinclus I am currently keeping, as well as some uncommon Coral Red pencilfish species.

Planted 20 Gallon Long Tank

(Taken 11/29/2003)

This tank is newly setup, but fully planted right from the get-go (thanks to all those extra plants in the 29 gallon tank!). It holds 8 Corydoras arcuatus (Skunk cories) and I may move the SAE's to this tank.

10 Gallon Hospital/Quarantine/Breeding Tank

Currently, this is sort of a breeding tank.

Current flora: Java Moss

Planted 33 Gallon Show Tank

(Taken 11/29/2003)

At least I think this is a 33 Gallon tank. It is a flat hex tank (36" wide in back) which I got from a friend. I set it up for plants, of course. Most of the plants are from the 29 gallon tank, either offshoots or other pieces.

This will hopefully wind up as the main show tank of the house. It is currently in the livingroom, where I can sit on the couch and relax while watching the fishes. It is the most stocked tank, with over 20 fish.
